1. About Migroo

Migroo is an Australian-based technology platform that helps people prepare, review, and organise their visa application materials.
Our tools include digital guides, smart templates, AI-powered review systems, and automatic form generation.

Migroo is not a law firm and does not provide immigration or legal advice.
All information, templates, and AI outputs are for information and preparation purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice.
If you need personalised immigration advice, you should consult a Registered Migration Agent or Australian legal practitioner.

2. Using Migroo

By creating an account or using Migroo’s website or tools, you agree to follow these Terms.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate information when prompted.
  • Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or misuse Migroo’s systems.

Migroo may update or improve the platform at any time. Where possible, we’ll give notice of significant changes.

3. Our Services

Migroo currently offers:

  • Guides and templates to help you prepare your application.
  • AI-powered review tools that assess the quality and completeness of your materials.
  • Form generation tools that auto-fill common Australian immigration forms for download.

AI results are generated automatically and should not be relied upon as advice. You are responsible for checking all outputs before submitting them to any authority.

4. Payments & Pricing

Some Migroo products are free; others are paid. Prices are shown in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner (Stripe).

By purchasing a paid product, you authorise Migroo to charge your selected payment method for the listed amount.
Because our tools are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are final unless required otherwise by Australian Consumer Law.

If something doesn’t work as expected, please reach out to info@migroo.com.au and we’ll do our best to fix or refund where appropriate.

5. Data & Privacy

Migroo is designed around privacy and data minimisation.

We do not permanently store any uploaded materials (such as relationship statements or forms) unless you explicitly consent for Migroo to retain anonymised versions for research or product-improvement purposes.

If you choose to share materials:

  • All personal names and identifiers will be removed.
  • Files will be AES-256 encrypted and stored securely.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@migroo.com.au.

Migroo may collect limited metadata (like usage patterns or performance metrics) to improve functionality, but we never sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for profit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, and code on Migroo are the property of Migroo Pty Ltd.
You may use our tools and materials for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, resell, or republish Migroo content or outputs without written permission.

7. Accuracy & AI Limitations

While we take care to ensure quality, Migroo’s AI tools use automated models that may make mistakes or oversimplify information.
We do not guarantee that any AI output or template is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Use Migroo’s results as guidance only, and always double-check with the official immi.homeaffairs.gov.au website or a qualified professional before submitting your application.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Migroo provides its platform “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
  • Migroo is not liable for any loss, claim, or delay arising from the use or reliance on our tools.
  • You are solely responsible for your visa application and decisions based on Migroo outputs.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Because Migroo provides digital tools, downloadable templates, instant-access guides, and automated AI review services, all purchases are non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used.

By purchasing a Migroo product, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products are delivered immediately
  • AI review tools begin processing as soon as you upload content
  • Guides and templates are instantly accessible
  • No physical goods are shipped

Accordingly, Migroo does not offer refunds, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is not functioning as described, or if there is a major issue affecting your ability to access the service, please contact info@migroo.com.au so we can assist or provide a remedy consistent with the ACL.

This clause does not limit any rights you may have under the ACL.

10. Security

We use strong encryption, secure servers, and regular testing to protect user data.
However, no online service can be completely risk-free. By using Migroo, you accept the inherent security risks of using digital platforms.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time.
Migroo may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
