  • Are automatically deleted from our systems after processing is complete

We may temporarily retain encrypted files only as needed to:

  • Generate form outputs
  • Score materials using AI models
  • Provide immediate user feedback

3.2 Optional consent for data sharing

We may ask whether you would like to contribute anonymised materials to help improve our tools.

If you agree:

  • All names, dates, and identifiers are removed
  • Files are AES-256 encrypted
  • You can withdraw consent at any time

4. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website uses cookies for:

  • Traffic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or equivalent)
  • Performance optimisation

Cookies do not track your uploaded materials or sensitive information.

Uploaded materials processed under the default settings may already have been deleted and cannot be retrieved.
